- 3 overnight guest suites for Friday and Saturday nights
- 5-hour Saturday reception, plus a half-hour ceremony if needed
- Setup and on-site coordinator
- Tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
- Breakfast for overnight guests on Saturday and Sunday mornings
Saturday & Holiday Weddings
$2,500
Plus 6% PA sales tax
- The entire first floor of the mansion
- 3 overnight guest suites for Saturday (or holiday) night
- 5-hour reception, plus a half-hour ceremony if needed
- Setup and on-site coordinator
- Tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
- Breakfast for overnight guests on Sunday morning
Non-Saturday Weddings
$1,500
Plus 6% PA sales tax
- The entire first floor of the mansion
- 1 suite for the bride or groom to prepare for the wedding
- 5-hour reception, plus a half-hour ceremony if needed
- Setup and on-site coordinator
- Tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
BYOB & Bar Service
The Inn is BYOB with a mandatory bar setup and service fee of $10 per person (including guests under 21). The bar fee includes a bartender, bar mixers and garnishes, soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages, bottled water, ice, glassware, and full bar setup. Pricing per person remains the same if alcohol is not served. Bar service is subject to 6% PA sales tax and a 20% service charge.

We specialize in intimate events. We can seat up to 70 guests for dinner and accommodate up to 85 for a cocktail-style reception, depending on your layout. Contact us and we will help you plan for your guest count.
What is included in the rental fee?
Your rental includes the entire first floor of the mansion, tables and chairs, linens and napkins, china, stemware and flatware, full setup, an in-house event coordinator, and up to five hours of event time.
How much does a wedding cost?
A full weekend wedding is $5,500, Saturday and holiday weddings are $2,500, and non-Saturday weddings are $1,500, each plus 6% PA sales tax. A mandatory BYOB bar setup and service fee of $10 per person also applies.
