Guest Policies
Our house policies, so there are no surprises.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Preferred check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Earlier check-in and later check-out must be prearranged with the innkeeper and may be subject to additional fees. The Inn at Centre Park does not have 24-hour staff, so please arrange late arrivals with the innkeeper in advance. For the security and safety of all guests, we do not leave keys at the door.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express only. We do not accept personal checks.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled up to three days prior to the date of arrival without penalty. Cancellation within three days of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax. Cancellation policies are subject to change on high-demand dates.
Is a deposit required?
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, and a deposit of one night's room and tax will be charged to guarantee it. Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high-impact periods and for special requests.
How many guests can stay in a room?
Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate up to two people per room, regardless of age, and quoted rates are for single or double occupancy. Only Sarah's Suite can accommodate up to three people, at $30 per night for the third person.
Do you allow smoking, pets, or children?
The inn is non-smoking and we cannot accommodate pets — but children are welcome. A $200 fee will be charged to your card if smoking or excessive damage occurs in your room.
Can we use the fireplaces or bring candles?
Only Duraflame or pre-treated logs may be used in the fireplaces — no natural or fresh-cut wood. Open-flame candles are not allowed. Damage from embers, candles, irons, and the like to carpet, bedding, or property will be charged for repairs at our discretion.
What about personal items?
The Inn at Centre Park is not responsible for any lost, broken, or left-behind personal items.
