Agreement Between User and The Inn at Centre Park

The theinnatcentrepark.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by The Inn at Centre Park. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

The Site is a hospitality and event-venue marketing site for The Inn at Centre Park, 730 Centre Ave, Reading, Pennsylvania. Online room reservations are processed by our reservation provider, ResNexus, on their secure website and are subject to the policies presented during booking and on our FAQ & Policies page.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

Intellectual Property

All content included as part of the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Inn at Centre Park or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content found on the Site without our prior written permission.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”), including our reservation provider and review platforms. The Linked Sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by The Inn at Centre Park.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to The Inn at Centre Park that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE INN AT CENTRE PARK BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

Termination & Governing Law

The Inn at Centre Park reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Pennsylvania in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.

Changes to Terms

The Inn at Centre Park reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of updates.
