Check In: Preferred check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:30 a.m. Earlier check-in and later check-out must be prearranged with Innkeeper and may be subject to additional fees. The Inn at Centre Park does not have 24 hour staff. Please arrange late arrivals with the Innkeeper. For the security and safety of all, we do not leave keys at the door.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express only. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled up to three days prior to the date of arrival without penalty. Cancellation within three days of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax. Cancellation policies are subject to change on high-demand dates.
Deposits: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. A one night deposit may be charged for reservations made on high-demand dates. Long term stays may be subject to a 25% deposit. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests.
OCCUPANCY: Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate up to two people per room. At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older. The rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Please note, only Sarah’s Suite guest room can accommodate up to three people at $30 for the third person per night. We accept reservations for adults and children aged 12 and older. The Inn is not suitable for young children and infants.
No Smoking - No Pets: A $200 fee will be charged to your card if smoking or excessive damage occurs in your room.
Fireplaces & Candles: Only Duraflame/pre-treated logs may be used in the fireplaces. No natural or fresh-cut wood. No open flame candles allowed. Damages from embers, candles, irons, etc. to carpet, bedding, and/or property will be charged for repairs at our discretion.
Personal Items: The Inn at Centre Park is not responsible for any lost, broken, or left behind personal items.
