Rental Fees are based on weddings up to 70 guests, additional fees may apply to weddings larger than 70.

Rental fees when using in house catering:

Saturday Weddings: $1,600

Includes:

The Entire first and second floors of the mansion
5 hour reception - 1/2 hour Ceremony if needed
Set Up and Event Coordinator

3 overnight guest suites

Non Saturday Weddings: $800


Includes:

The Entire first floor of the mansion

5 hour reception - 1/2 hour Ceremony if needed

Set Up and Event Coordinator

1 Suite for the Bride or Groom to prepare for the wedding


Rental fees when using outside catering:

Saturday Weddings: $2,200

Includes:

The Entire first and second floors of the mansion

5 hour reception - 1/2 hour Ceremony if needed

Set Up and Event Coordinator

Table linens and napkins

1 server

Additional service staff may be required if not provided by your caterer. We require 1 server per 40 guests. Service fees will apply. Rental fees are subject to 6% PA sales tax.
