Event rental includes the entire first floor of the mansion, tables, chairs, table linens, china, stemware and flatware, as well as the services of our in-house event coordinator. With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, our event coordinator will assist you in planning a stress free event.

Event Pricing


Rental fees when using in house catering:

Up to 30 guests: $250
31 to 50 guests: $350
51 to 70 guests: $450

Rental Includes:

The Entire first floor of the mansion

5 hour maximum event time

Set Up and Event Coordinator

Tables, chairs, tableware

Table linens and napkins

 

Rental fees when using outside catering:

Up to 30 guests: $795
31 to 50 guests: $895
51 to 70 guests: $1,000

Service staff will be required if not provided by your caterer. We require 1 server per 40 guests. Service fees will apply. Additional fees may apply to events larger than 70 guests. Prices do not include PA sales tax
